We at Lily & Dahlia can ensure a commitment to the highest quality craftsmanship and material. If for any reason the pieces you purchased do not meet your expectations, please make sure to let us know, we will do our best to make it right! 
Return & Exchange policy
  • You may return any unused item you purchase for a refund or exchange within 10 days after receipt of the goods. All original packaging and paperwork is required for returns or exchanges. 
  • Custom made orders, Engraved orders, on sale items and Diamond jewelry are final sale and are non refundable. 
  • Shipping will not be refunded for returns nor exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for any returns, exchanges, or services. Customers are responsible for safe and insured shipping.
  • In case your package is returned to us because you either were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, or if you refuse to pay your country's import fees and tax duties, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee, and minus the import fee (if we were charged for it).
  • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have made the refund minus the shipping, 20% restocking fee and custom fees (if charged).


Cancellation policy

 If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of when you place your order. All pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.

Ring resizing and repair 

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you do not know your US ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size or converting the size using our international ring size chart. We are responsible for sending the ring size you ordered, however we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. If you did not get your size right and need to resize your ring (some rings are not re sizable, contact us before shipping back for resizing), the resizing will be free of charge. Shipping costs however will be your responsibility.

For repairing any damage caused to your jewelry, please contact us first. After contacting us and clearing all the details you may send your ring to the return address provided (shipping is non refundable).
